Code Nightclub does not offer refunds on tickets for events due to start less than 14 days from when the refund request has been made. If your request is more than 14 days ahead of the event, then please email our team at info@codesheffield.com or FIXR the ticketing company at team@fixr.co

We will try our best to respond within two working days, please be aware all refunds take between 5-10 working days to appear on your bank statement.
